Who crew can contact if they have any issues with pay, expenses or salary
Liveforce is the software used by agencies to schedule their staff. Any questions or issues regarding pay, expenses, salary, etc. must be directed to the agency you completed the work with.
How to contact the agency you worked with
1, Primary contact - within Liveforce app go to MY CALENDAR > COMPLETED > select the job you are experiencing an issue with. This will display full details of the job you completed and the primary contact. From there you should be able to call or message them directly using the icons.
2, Website details - search for the company online and get their contact details from there. Social media is also a good way of getting in touch with agencies.
