How to upload your passport photo
If the agency you are signed up with has set it as COMPULSORY for you to attach a picture of your passport as proof of ID, you must do this to complete your profile. Not all agencies have this requirement - you may only need to input a passport number.
If you do not have a passport you must contact the company you are applying to directly for their advice on how to verify your identity.
1. In your Crew App got to PROFILE, then select the agency.
2. In the drop-down list navigate to COMPLIANCE SECTION
3. Upload Passport picture
- Make sure you have taken a CLEAR and READABLE photograph of your passport
- You can DOWNLOAD the picture by selecting download
- You can delete the picture by sectioning the trash icon
4. Press SAVE
