This article outlines the different ways you can get booked onto a job.
Apply from the Job Board
Each company has its own Job Board which lists their available jobs. Jobs you have applied to appear on the MY CALENDAR page with an orange bar. You will receive an email confirmation if your application has been successful. Learn more about applying for a job.
Get Invited
Companies may see you as a good fit for a job they wish to fill and send you an invite. In this scenario, you will receive an email notification and the following job card will appear on your MY CALENDAR page.
Open the app and click the DECLINE or ACCEPT button.
If you accept the offer you will receive another email confirming that you're booked and the job will appear on the MY CALENDAR page with a green bar.

Please note. Invites are sent on a first-come-first-served basis so we recommend you respond as quickly as possible.

Get Booked
Companies may see you as a good fit for a job, see that you are available and wish to book you straight-away. In this scenario, you will receive an email notification and the job will appear on the MY CALENDAR page with a green bar.
The difference between getting booked and being sent an invite is that invites allow you to ACCEPT or DECLINE the offer.
Reserve List
If you apply for a job but are not successful the company has the option to keep remaining applicants on a 'reserve list'. This means that the company may contact you to work if there is a cancellation or they require additional crew.
In this scenario, you will receive an email notification and the job card will have a GREY bar on your MY CALENDAR page.
To remove yourself from the Reserve List click the 'X'. You'll be prompted to confirm your choice.
