You have recently been sent an invitation by a company to join Liveforce, but you haven't completed your application yet. Maybe you're unsure of what Livefore is, or are having trouble completing the application process?

What is Liveforce?
Liveforce is an online tool used by companies to schedule and manage their workforce. You may have been signed up with a company using another tool, such as Watu, who have now switched over to Liveforce.
Where to find your invitation
If you have been invited to join Liveforce you will have been sent an email with a link to register which will look something like this:
Click the link to "Join the Team" and follow the instructions to register.
Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the invitation in your inbox! Sometimes they hide in there!
Expired or Invalid Token
If you get an expired or invalid message try this:
1) can you go to https://app.liveforce.co/reset-password
2) enter the email address
3) check your email inbox (including junk) and follow instructions in the email
Watu or other platform account
If you had an account with Watu you need to enter the email you used for Watu and re-set your password. Here is our dedicated Watu users start guide.
How to Complete your Account
It is really important that you fill out your Livefore profile completely. We have written some guides to help with this but you can always contact support@liveforce.co if you have any questions.
